[an error occurred while processing this directive] the Trev Report for 1997-10-07 [an error occurred while processing this directive]
Hello once again from the not so sunny side of Pullman, WA! It's time
once again for another Trev Report, keeping YOU informed about MY life.
Now on with the news.

Trev's Classes

I talked with the person in charge of Certification in CS today. I knew
her from before since I worked in the department for over a year. She
said that I should be able to get certified no problem, but the D in Diff.
Equ. might force me to retake that class. Besides that it looks like
clean sailing into my Junior block next semester. I am going to try to
attempt a minor in Philosophy, just because I love the subject...and a
fine suggestion from a wise friend.

Trev's Lovelife

Well, my lovelife has once again stabilized into its natural state of
non-existance. No big surprise there. Too much emotional baggage for any
woman to handle, that's what I say. In any case things are once again
turning back to normal. I was acting hellaweird there for a while, i
formally apoligize to all those I weirded out.

Trev's Computers

I got my cradle from Palm the other day and it is hooked up to my PC just
fine. Although I spend a half a day trying to put it on my Mac to no
avail. I was so mad that day, man! Anyway, I am going to start
programming for it now that I have the stuff to do so. I am excited. BTW
my UIN on ICQ is 3893135, so get on it and we will chat!

Trev's Anime

Between thinking about relationships, work, and school, anime has really
taken a back seat. It has become more of a constant in my life now, more
than just something to do. Anime is a lifestyle, it really is true. In
any case next Saturday on the 11th we are having a Noon-Midnight showing,
it will be great. So if you can come on over to Pullman and veg-out with
the gang.

Trev's Bass Guitar

I just recently started practicing on my Bass Guitar again, I got inspired
by a certain musician out there. I need to sit down and tune it though,
it is way off key.

Trev's Financies

Well, I got a check from Palm paying me back for the MIDI Specs I bought
them over the summer. Now all I am waiting for is my last paycheck. It
will be nice to have some money for a while. I have been running on
change for a couple weeks now.

Trev's Bad Poetry

A bunch of you got some bad poetry I wrote up today. My friend Chris
calls it a part of the "Robert Syndrome." But sometimes when I get in a
real Awkward mode and can't find a better way of expressing myself, I
write bad poetry. It's over now, but I thought that some people would
like an explanation.

Trev's Work

Work is going well. I now have office hours. That is Times where I HAVE
to stay in my room in case someone comes by with a computer question.
Work has really died down, it's so good. I like my job a lot more now. I
have learned so much about networking it is really cool stuff.

Trev's Religion

Fundamentally Christian with Taoist overtones. When we apply Taoism to
Christianity it brings out all the really good things about Christianity.
But I am definatly Christian, because I cannot get away from the fact that
there is a God who is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnibenevolent.
Although I am currently having a hard time trying to come to that
conclusion through reason alone, that is to say without faith. So I am
thinking that the next step is to find solid reason for faith, so I might
logically have faith, therefore justifing my belief in God. If any of you
want to help me out in my study, I suggest reading first the essay by
William James, "The Will to Believe."

That is all for this week, make sure to check out the Trev Report Archives
